Lunch at Yank Sing, San Francisco, CA
We went to lunch at Yank Sing, a t00-expensive, although high-quality, dim sum place today. It was $84 for lunch for 3, which really, is far too much for lunch, but it was tasty.

Stuffed Tofu Skins
Tasty and not oily. These are actually worth the high price of Yank Sing, since they are usually so greasy elsewhere.

Sui Mai
These sui mai were made with high quality ingredients with very little filler, but they were not as fresh as they should have been.

Spare Ribs
Another dish for which I don't mind paying more. These were not gamey or off-tasting at all, like they tend to be at the cheaper places.
