Dinner at Home


Alexis sometimes makes a yummy hotpot when she is too lazy to cook. (Or we haven't shopped in a while.) It usually looks much like below. Some beef (usually in the rib-eye, new york range), some seafood(shrimp), mushrooms, and broccoli. She then sautes some onions and garlic in the pot and in goes the broth.

After we are done with the dipping part, she throws in some spinach and eggs for a soup.
