Dinner at Pen Thai, Bothell, WA

We had an early dinner before our flight at Pen Thai Restaraunt on the recommendation of Alexis' Dad. It was quite a pleasant suprise. They were able to accomodate our compressed time frame while serving up quite tasty Thai dishes. We were asked how hot we wanted our dishes from 1-5. Alexis and I both picked 4, which gave us a kick, but less than what I hoped for. The deep fried basil is definitely something we'll need to try at home. Too bad it isn't in San Francisco, because we would have loved to explore their extensive menu.

Whole Rainbow Trout with garlic sauce. $13 (Giao)

Crispy Garlic Chicken on a bed of deep fried basil $9 (Alexis)
