Dinner at Home


Simple stirfry with shrimp, squid, broccoli, chanterelles, enoki mushrooms, scallions, garlic and tofu noodles. The tofu noodles were much better in this application than in our previous soup experiments as they resembled noodles more than tofu this time. As Giao suggested, I should have added baby corn to the mix, but we didn't have any in the cupboard.
