Dinner at Home


Baby Back Ribs
These were parboiled for 12 minutes, then marinated in a spicy rub (chile powder, garlic powder, onion salt, Splenda, lemon juice, worcestershire, cumin), and finished in the classic Ron Popeil "Set it and Forget It" Rotisserie Oven...as seen on TV.

The whole meal--steamed broccoli, mashed butternut squash (with salt, pepper and butter), and baby back ribs.
