Lunch at Gold Mountain, San Francisco, CA

Beefball
These are actually pretty gross at Gold Mountain...not quite beefy enough.

Bean Curd Wrap filled with Shredded Veggies
This was cooked in a curryesque sauce and was quite good.

Marinated Chicken Feet
Giao loves them. No comment from Alexis.

Spare Ribs
Pretty good. A little bit spicy.

Soy Duck
This would have been better if it was warm. But, sadly, it was served at room temperature. Still, the bed of fermented soy beans that the duck is served on are always amazing, at any temperature.

Congealed Pork Blood
Giao would have liked this better with rice, if he ate rice. Alexis has an aversion to blood as food due to an bad experience with blood sausage.

Sui Mai
These little pork sui mai are very good. And we love the addition of the shrimp on top. However, this time these were a bit sub par due only to the fact that they had been sitting out a while.

Shrimp and Spinach Dumplings (middle)
These were decent, but nothing special.

Har Goi
These shrimp dumplings are very satisfying.

Comments:
The food tasted good, it was neither hard nor rotten. Therefore we can say that we liked the food.

We named it See Us Eat, because we wanted to show people what we eat everyday.

We probably ate shu mai the most. We ordered 5 steam baskets worth.
