Dinner at Home


Baby Back Ribs cooked, yet again, on the Ron Popeil "Set it and forget it" Rotisserie Oven. Despite the kitsch factor, this machine really is amazing. The ribs are always crunchy and juicy at the same time. The trick may also be in the parboiling.
