Dinner at Home


Low Carb Lasagna
The "noodles" are made with super-thin strips of zuchinni and actually hold up to the ingredients. This version was made with homemade tomato-basil sauce, ground beef, mozzerella, ricotta, homemade garlicky pesto and artichoke hearts. It was quite good, while a bit juicy.
