Dinner at Home


Chicken Mahkni
Sometimes called "Butter Chicken", I must say my rendition was pretty good. Buttery, tomatoey, a bit spicy. The chicken definitely benefited from being marinated in yogurt, chili and lemon juice.

Saag with Tofu
Not salty enough for everyone, but yummy.
