Dinner at Home


Oven Roasted Brocolli with Melted Cheese
All I can say is yum. I will certainly be making this again.


Baby Back Ribs in a Chili Rub and Chili Lime Chicken Wings
A very meaty, very satisfying combination. The ribs were cooked on the Ron Popiel "Set it and Forget it"--a technique that never fails us for succulent juicy on the inside/crunchy on the outside ribs.
