Dinner at Home


Roasted Leg of Lamb in a Dijon Marinade
We tried using the new vacuum sealer to quickly marinate the lamb. Actually, I'm not sure if it worked or not. In any case, the meat was good.


Green Beans Sauteed with Garlic and Topped with Freshly Grated Parmasean
The toasted garlic adds a nice earthiness to the beans.



Strawberries with Freshly Whipped Cream
