Pork Tenderloin and Chinese Broccoli in a Chili Tamarind Sauce
The last time we were at 99 Ranch we picked up a block of tamarind pulp. Never having actually cooked with the stuff, I was excited to try it out. Its tart flavor matched the pork quite well, in the end.
