Dinner at Home

Deviled Eggs
Giao got a little hungry before dinner so I made him a pre-dinner snack of some deviled eggs.

Yam Flour Noodles, Shrimp, Grape Tomatos and Steamed Baby Bok Choy in a Spicy Broth

I sauteed some garlic in olive oil and chile oil, then added beef and chicken broth, rice vinegar, a couple kinds of chile sauce. I then threw in the thawed shrimp and shortly thereafter, the parboiled noodled. When the shrimp was fully cooked, I placed the halved bok choy pieces on top of the noodles, covered the pot and steamed for a few minutes.
