Lunch at Aqua, San Francisco, CA

Aqua's food was much improved since Giao's last visit in November.


Celery Root Soup ($13)
The Truffle flan, frog legs and shrimp were presented first, and then the celery root poured over. Just amazing.


Seared Foie Gras with grapes and smoked duck
Though a standard preperation, the foie gras was perfectly seared.


Cheese Plate
Sorry I can never remember the specific names, but the blue on the right was fantastic.
