More Garnishes
Nori, some kind of jelly like thing, pickled radish, kim chee, spicy sauce, tiny dried fish and pressed tofu.
Short Ribs, Beef and Pork
Raw meat marinated in a slightly sweet, slightly salty sauce. The pork was marinated in a sauce that was a bit more piquante.
