Lunch at Brothers I, San Francsico, CA

Due to busyness (on Alexis' part) and laziness (on Giao's part) we didn't get a chance to eat anything until a late lunch at about 2:30 pm today. We went to Brother's Korean BBQ, ordered tons of meat, and cooked it up on our in-table, real charcoal grill.

Assorted Garnishes
Lightly pickled cucumber, shredded radish, seaweed salad, bean sprouts.

More Garnishes
Nori, some kind of jelly like thing, pickled radish, kim chee, spicy sauce, tiny dried fish and pressed tofu.

Short Ribs, Beef and Pork
Raw meat marinated in a slightly sweet, slightly salty sauce. The pork was marinated in a sauce that was a bit more piquante.

On the grill...

Spicy Soup with Silken Tofu and Zuchinni
