Dinner at Home


Steak with Tarragon Garlic Butter and Grilled Asparagus

Tarragon Garlic Butter:
-3/4 stick butter, room temperature
-a handful of fresh tarragon, chopped finely
-1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-salt and pepper to taste

Smash the above together until fully incorporated.
