Dinner at Home
Caprese Salad
Fresh basil, fresh mozzerella and thinly sliced tomato drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinager and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Lemon Caper Salmon
This salmon was simply oven-baked until barely done (10-15 minutes) on 400. It was first sprinkled with a few tablespoons each of olive oil, lemon juice and capers.
Green Beans Sauteed in Butter
Seasoned with salt, these french green beans were sauteed on medium heat for about 6 minutes, or until heated through but keeping their crunch.
