Lunch at Work


Salmon Salad and Mixed Greens
A very easy lunch.

Ingredients:
-2 scallions, thinly sliced into rounds
-1 TB miso
-1/2 cup mayo
-juice of one lemon
-3 cans of salmon, drained

How to:
1) Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

Servings: 3-4
