Lunch at Work


Salmon Salad with Avocado

Salmon Salad
-3 cans salmon, drained
-1/2 onion, minced
-1 small cucumber, diced

-1/2 cup mayo
-2 ts miso
-1 ts rooster sauce
-juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix all ingredients together and serve. The mayo mixture can also be used as a dipping sauce for a variety of other things, vegetables, meats, fish, etc.
