Dinner at Home

Miso Soup
-1 tb miso per quart of water
-1/2 bock firm tofu, diced, per quart of water
-1 scallion, sliced in rounds, per quart of water
-1 sheet nori, per quart of water, cut in 1/2 inch squares
Heat water and miso until mixed and just beginning to boil. Add all other ingredients and remove from heat. Serve.

Ahi Tuna Poke
We needed to use up our fresh tuna from Costco, so we decided to make some poke.
-3/4 lb ahi tuna, raw, diced
-1 tb sesame seeds
-2 scallions, thinly sliced in rounds
-1 packet splenda
-1 tb rooster sauce
-2 tb dark soy sauce
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-1 ts sesame oil
Min all ingredients thoroughly. Serve immediately.
