Dinner at Home

We were so full from our 9 course dinner last night that we didn't eat until dinner...


Ribs
Parboil for 15 minutes. Then rub with a wet rub (recipe below) and put it in the Ron Popeil Set It and Forget It Rotisserie Grill for 38 minutes (this seems to be the sweet spot for a nice crust with a juicy interior).

Wet Rub
1 Tb each of the following:
-cumin
-chili powder
-black pepper
-salt
-lemon juice
-worcesterchire sauce
-granulated garlic
2 packets Splenda


Broccoli with Cheddar
This brocolli is baked on 375, covered, for 15 minutes. Then uncover it, sprinkle on some sharp cheddar and bake for 5 more minutes. Cheesy and crunchy and good.
