Dinner at Home


Chicken with Mustard Seed and Coriander and Green Salad
This was just ok. The sauce was good, but the chicken could have been marinated longer.

-1/2 onion, diced
-5 cloves garlic, minced
-1 ts mustard seed, crushed
-8 chicken thighs
-1 ts coriander, crushed
-salt and pepper to taste

Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil, salt and pepper until soft. Add spices and sautee one more minute. Add chicken thighs and cover. Flip chicken occasionally. Serve when browned on both sides and cooked through.
