Lunch at Work

Cobb Salad with Apple Cider Vinagrette
This is an easy salad we eat a lot at work for lunch. It is filling and tasty.
Avocado, rotisserie chicken (pulled apart), bacon, tomato, onion, mixed greens, blue cheese and a vinagrette made with dijon, apple cider vinager, splenda and olive oil.
