Picnic Brunch in the Park

A light picnic brunch in the park near our house was a great way to relax on this Memorial Day...


Strawberries


Blackberries


Comte and Whiskey Cheese


Miso Chili Chicken Salad
This chicken salad was made with a Costco rotisserie chicken.

-1 rotisserie chicken, picked off the bone
-1/2 onion, diced
-1 yellow bell pepper, diced

Sauce:
-1/2 cup mayo
-2 tb rooster sauce
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-1/2 packet Splenda
-2 tb miso

Mix all ingredients and then stir into the salad.
