Dinner at Ariake, San Francisco, CA
We had dinner at our favorite sushi place in the city, Ariake. It was very fresh and very good, as always. I don't remember how much the individual items were, but there were three of us and the meal ended up costing about $55 per person (including beer and sake).

This little salad is sooo good.
Ms. Vivian Roll
This roll has shrimp tempura, cucumber and tuna and is quite tasty.
Tuna Tataki
Aside from being beautiful, this lightly seared, thinly sliced tuna is wonderful and the super-thin slices of lemon really make it pop.
Fresh Water Trout Sashimi
A very strange texture, and too many bones.
Hamachi Sashimi
Shiro Maguro Sashimi
