Dinner on the Carnival Pride


Broccoli Cheddar Soup
The brocolli was hard and undercooked, adding a weird texture and not much flavor. The cheddar broth was very tasty, though.


Langoustine Etouffe
The langoustine sauce was not flavorful enough and the zuchinni cake was way too salty, but when eaten together in the same bite, they balanced eachother.


Tiger Prawns with Peas and Cabbage in a Curry Cream Sauce
Decent, but nothing special. The cabbage was nice and subtle.


Prime Rib
Gelatinous jus again, but the meat was very good.


Carmelized Apples with Puff Pastry and Caramel Sauce
Bad, all around.


Diet Apple Pie
Made with sugar substitute, this warm pie was actually quite good.
