Dinner at Home


Steamed Artichokes with Garlic Butter


Chicken with Spicy Miso Noodles
This was a light but flavorful meal.

-8 chicken breasts, but in bite size pieces
-2 scallions, thinly sliced
-1 package kelp noodles
-1 can chicken broth
-1 cup water
-1 tb miso
-1 tb rooster sauce
-1/2 onion, thinly sliced
-5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

Sautee the onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil for a few minutes. Add the chicken and brown. Add all the remaining ingredients expect the scallions and simmer until almost all of the liquid has evaporated. Take off the heat and stir in the scallions. Serve.

Serves 3.
