Dinner at Home
Having friends over for dinner on a weeknight always poses the problem of being able to put a very tasty meal together very quickly. The following was a great one-dish meal that took almost no time to prepare, and most of that is unattended.
Ground Turkey, Tofu and Green Bean Stir Fry
This was kind of like tofu with meat sauce, but more meat and less sauce. It was very good, and very healthy.
