Lunch at Work


Leftover Salad from last weekend's BBQ and Salmon Salad

Salmon Salad Recipe
-3 cans of salmon, drained
-1/2 cup mayo
-3 tb capers
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-1/2 onion, minced

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and eat on a sandwich, in a wrap, in lettuce, or just plain, like we did here.
