Breakfast at Home


Breakfast Burrito
Low carb tortillas are a godsend when you want a handheld, low carb breakfast. Low carb tortillas are also very high in fiber, which is also a great way to start the day.

For 2 burritos:
-4 eggs, scrambled
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
-2 low carb tortillas

Arrange scrambled eggs along the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle half the cheese on each. Roll tortilla and place open edges down in a hot pan, which creates a seal as the cheese melts. Flip and brown on other side.
