Dinner at Home


Pan Fried Steak with Cheesy Pureed Cauliflour
Hearty and tasty. Pureed Cauliflour is sooo much better than mashed potatos and doesn't sit heavily in your stomach.

Pureed Cauliflour
-1 head cauliflour, chopped
-1 cup shredded cheese
-1/4 cup cream or milk
-1 tb butter
-salt and pepper to taste

Boil the cauliflour until tender. Puree with an immersion blender. Add all other ingredients and stir to combine.
