Mixed Green Salad with Balsamin Vinagrette


Sesame Shirataki Noodles with Soy-Hoisin Baked Chicken

Sesame Noodles:
-4 packages fettuccini style shirataki noodles
-2 tb sesame seeds
-4 scallions, thinly sliced in rounds

sauce:
-2 tb dark soy
-1/4 tahini
-juice of 1 lime
-2 tb sesame oil
-2 tb rooster sauce
-1 packet Splenda

Boil the noodles for a couple minutes. Drain. Thoroughly combine the sauce ingredients and pour over the noodles. Add the scallions and the sesame seeds. Combine everything.


Soy-Hoisin Chicken:
-2 tb dark soy
-1 tb hoisin sauce
-6 frozen chicken tenders

Combine the soy and the hoisin and pour over the chicken in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes on 375. Slice chicken and place on top of noodles.
