Dinner at Home


Low Carb Quesodilla
We got home pretty late from Monday night football at the bar and we'd already eaten quite a few wings, so we just ate what amounted to be another snack. These were made with low carb tortillas (3 net carbs each) and lots of cheese, then pan fried. We ate them with jarred salsa and plain Greek yogurt.
