Lunch at Home


Tuna Poke
This raw dish is popular in Hawaii, easy to make and very healthy.

-1 large sushi grade Ahi tuna steak, cut in a large dice
-1 tb each, soy, hoisin, rooster sauce, rice vinager, sesame oil
-4 scallions, chopped
-1 ts each sesame seeds and black sesame seeds

Thoroughly mix all liquid ingredients. Coat the tuna with the sauce and stir in the scallions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
