Mid-Morning Snack at Kopitiam, Singapore
We'd been hunting for roti prata since we got to Singapore. It is something that we love from Strait's Cafe, a Singaporean place in San Francisco. We were having a lot of trouble finding it, until a friend recommended, Kopitiam, a lunch counter in the convention center near our hotel. So, while waiting for her to show up for lunch, we stopped here to get some roti prata.
