Dinner at Home

After a big lunch of beef, we decided to have more beef for dinner. Perhaps we were iron-decifient today...


Pan Fried Steak with Roquefort Butter and Green Salad
This steak was marinated in worcestershire and steak seasoning, then simply cooked in a pan on med-high in a combination of olive oil and butter for 3 minutes on each side. As a garnish, we mixed equal parts of butter and high-quality roquefort. It was delicious.
