Dinner at Home
Prawms, Tofu, Zuchinni and Kelp Noodles in a Spicy Broth
A quick meal as we were tired from travelling.
-15 prawns
-2 packages kelp noodles
-4 small zuchinni, cut in large bite size chunks
-3 scallions, chopped
-1 block tofu, cubed
-5 cloves garlic, minced
-1 can chicken broth
-2 tb chili garlic sauce
-2 tb hoisin
-2 tb oyster sauce
-1 tb fish sauce
-1 tb rice vinegar
-1 tb rice wine
-2 tb soy sauce
Sautee garlic in soy and chili sauce. Add hoisin, oyster sauce, vinegar and rice wine and mix. Add tofu and brown. Add broth and noodles and cover. Simmer until noodles are tender. Add zuchinni and simmer until tender. Add prawns and scallions and cook until prawns are just done.
