Late Night Snack at Home


Homemade Noodle Soup with Egg and Parmasean
Giao was sick and wanted some noodles. Since we generally eat low-carb we don't have noodles on hand so Alexis made some from scratch.

Noodles
-1 egg
-1 cup flour
-1/4 ts salt

Mix all ingredients together. Roll very thin. Cut into thin strips. Dry for 30 minutes.

Soup
-4 can chicken stock
-1 recipe noodles (see above)
-2 eggs, lightly beaten
-1/3 cup parmasean

Bring stock to a boil. Add noodles. Boil for 10 minutes. Add eggs and parmasean, stir and cook for 1 minute. Serve
