Lunch at Work
Salmon Salad with Spinach
Like tuna salad, but made with salmon.
-3 cans salmon, drained
-1/4 cup mayo
-2 tb capers
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-1 ts pepper
Mix thoroughly and eat with greens or in a sandwich.
