Dinner at Home

Chicken Tikka Masala
We were taking care of a baby tonight and didn't have time (or hands) to cook an elaborate meal. We used one of the Indian spice packets a coworker gave us to make a chicken tikka masala--"just add water, chicken and onions". We also heated up some saag paneer from a box but it tasted way too acidic. Something was off so we didn't eat that part.
