Brunch at Giao's Grandparents' House, Irvine, CA

We had a huge and very tasty brunch for the New Year at Giao's Grandparents' house with a the majority of the extended family.

Vegetarian Soup
This was quite good, and had strange little nut/berries in it that we could not identify.

Smoked Salmon, Cheddar, Cucumbers and Bagel Chips
Mmm...lox.

Take and Bake Pizza
Not cooked long enough so a bit limp.

Beef and Tendon Stew
The meat was flavorful and tender, and the tendon, which Giao loves, was tender too.

Fried Vegetarian Rolls
These stuck to our teeth, but they were crunchy and greasy goodness.

Spring Rolls
Yum. These are always so satisfying.

Fried Tofu
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
