Lunch at Work


Salmon Salad on a Bed of Spinach
A refreshing and fortifying lunch.

-3 cans salmon, drained
-2 tb capers
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-1/2 cup mayo
-pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and serve over greens.
