Dinner at Home


Spinach and Goat Cheese Chicken Sausages with Peppers and Onions served with Steamed Brocolli
A quick week-night meal.

Sausages and Peppers
-6 sausages, fully cooked, cut in 1 inch rounds
-2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
-1/2 onion, thinly sliced
-3 medium tomatos, diced
-4 cloves garlic, minced

Sautee onions, garlic and peppers until soft and beginning to carmelized. Add the sausages and tomatos, cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Serve with steamed brocolli.
