Dinner at Home


Caprese Salad
Slices of fresh mozzerella and tomato layered on fresh basil leaves, then seasoned with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sea salt and freshly ground pepper.


Pan Fried Lamb Chops with Roasted Root Vegetables
A hearty, healthy dinner.

Lamb Chops
-2 per person

Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pan fry over medium high heat in a bit of olive oil and butter for 2 minutes on each and every side.

Roasted Root Vegetables
-3 purple kohlrabi, peeled and quartered
-1 rutabaga, peeled and cubed
-1 golden beet, peeled and cubed

Season the veggies with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in a covered baking dish and bake on 450 for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
