Lunch at Home


Lemon-Dill Chicken Salad
A yummy chicken salad, served on greens, and made from a Costco rotisserie chicken.

-1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
-1 bell pepper, diced
-1 cucumber, seeded, peeled and diced
-1/2 cup mayo
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-1 ts pepper

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and serve over fresh greens.
