Dinner at Home

Alexis doesn't really like to cook for one, and Giao was out of town, so Alexis made herself a nice caprese salad.


Caprese Salad
Fresh tomato slices on top of fresh mozzerella slices, on top of fresh basil leaves, all topped off with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
