Dinner at Ozumo, San Francisco, CA
We went to Ozumo, a chi-chi sushi place that is too expensive for what it is, for a friend of Giao's birthday. We're not really sure how much it cost, since we left before the bill came, and thus we probably paid too much.

Fresh fish, good uni.

Shrimp Tempura Roll
A bit bland.

Fresh.
Black Cod
Very tender, cooked perfectly. The standout of the night.

Pretty, if a bit slimy in texture.

Not particularly memorable.
Edamame
Perfectly warm and perfectly salted.
Avacado and Sashimi Salad
This needed more texture contrast, but the flavors were nice.
Warm Beef Rolls
Looks better than it tastes.
