Pan Fried NY Strip Steak with Basil Butter
This steak is marinated in a bit of worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning, then pan fried for about 3 minutes on each side over medium high. The basil butter is simply 3 tb soft butter, with a handful of minced basil mixed in.
Spinach, Egg and Parmasean Soup
A healthy, quick soup and a great way to get your veggies.
-4 cans chicken broth
-1 can water
-1 lb spinach, chopped
-4 eggs, beaten
-1/2 cup grated parmasean
-pepper to taste
Bring the chicken stock and water to a boil. Add the spinach, cook for 30 seconds, then add the egg and parmasean, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and add pepper to taste.
