Dinner at Home
Panfried Ribeye with Herb Butter and Warm Cauliflower Salad
A quick weeknight meal that's so delicious it could be served to company.
The ribeye is marinated for about 1/2 hour in steak seasoning and worcestershire sauce, then pan fried for about 3 or 4 minutes on each side.
Cauliflower Salad:
-1 head cauliflower, chopped
-15 spears pickled asparagus, cut in thirds
-1/2 onion, diced
-1 bell pepper, diced
-2 tb each olive oil and balsamic vinegar
-1 tb mustard
Boil the cauliflower until tender and drain. Combine the oil, vinegar and mustard to make a vinegarette. Combine all the veggies and pour coat with the vinegarette.
