Dinner at Home
Pan Fried New York Strip Steak with Horseradish Beets
A really tasty, very quick meal. The steak was marinated in steak seasoning and worcestershire sauce, then pan fried in a bit of butter and olive oil for a couple minutes on each side for medium rare.
Horseradish Beets
-5 medium beets, peeled and cut in bite size chunks
-1 tb raw horseradish
-1 tb cream
-salt and pepper to taste
Boil the beets until fork tender. Then drain and sautee in a pan until browned. Mix the cream and horseradish and mix into the beets. Season with salt and pepper.
